Duties and responsibilities
• Responsibility for managing Action Tutoring’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube). • Identify national digital advertising opportunities for volunteer and school marketing, and support with content for regional adverts. Work with the Marketing Manager to analyse impact and decide where our budget is best spent.
• Support the day to day management of Action Tutoring’s website, editing content with updates upon request. Support with creating high quality, engaging content for the Action Tutoring website to ensure it’s optimised.
• Create external marketing materials on request and support with ad-hoc visual design work.
• Support with the attendance at volunteering promotion events, mainly university fairs.

Good relationships shape our health and happiness, yet we are taught so little about them. LMK is a registered education charity on a mission to change that. We run workshops educating young people about healthy and unhealthy behaviours, so that they can avoid abuse and thrive in relationships.
Using film and guided discussions, our workshop leaders support children and young people in honest conversations about relationships and leave them better equipped to spot the early warning signs of abuse and inspire them to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. Job Description
LMK is looking for passionate and organised educators (LMK Leaders) to run community workshops, aimed at young people aged between 11 and 24. Through engaging, relatable, workshops you will help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
The minimum hours required per workshop is 3 hrs. This includes arriving 30 minutes before delivery, 1.5 to 2 hrs delivery and then remaining back 10 minutes and being accessible to young people who would like further information or a one-to-one conversation, surrounding the subject of relationships.
There is also 30 minutes admin, which is usually completed off-site, such as inputting student surveys and a Leader survey.

Healthy Zones programme
Healthy Zones supports primary, secondary and special schools to create a food environment that puts young people's health centre stage. Job Purpose
· To promote, develop and deliver the Healthy Zones programme across schools in Southwark and Lambeth
· Support with the expansion of the Healthy Zones programme across other regions in England
Key Tasks include:
- Recruit schools to take part in Healthy Zones
- Complete food audits in schools looking across the whole school day (training provided)

- Lead on Philharmonia Records, developing and overseeing the recordings strategy
- Identify, and plan potential own-label recording projects
- Listen to recordings to assess suitability for release, and discussing in-house recordings with Artistic Committee
- Work with Immersive Producer on programmatic aspects of digital projects • Identify projects which could be digital first from the outset

Work with the CEO and Exec team colleagues on developing future business plan and strategies built around the Orchestra’s new mission, vision and values

As a member of the Exec team represent the Orchestra in key operational and strategic relationships, as required

Attend performances at Southbank Centre and at venues out of London and overseas, as required, in order to monitor artistic performance and quality
Required skills & experience
-
Excellent track record of working in artistic planning or artist management (min 7-10 years)
-
First-class knowledge of orchestral repertoire and artists, as well as the work of the Philharmonia
Orchestra

Demonstrable creative programming experience at an international level

First-rate budgeting and financial management skills
-
Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset with a successful history of creating new projects

Current experience of development of UK and international markets for orchestras

First-class communications, influencing, and negotiation skills – and the ability to make the case
effectively and enthusiastically

A collaborative team player able to develop excellent working relationships across the organisation

Flexible and positive attitude, as well as the ability to think laterally and creatively to overcome
obstacles

High level of professionalism, self-motivation and organisation, and an ability to manage complex
issues effectively

Ability to regularly work out of hours and travel, as required
